"When the trout lillies are in bloom there are hundreds of thousands of these rare flowers all open at once. The view is absolutely breath taking. Plenty of other amazing wild flowers to see even if you miss peak bloom. This location has the most trillium I have seen since moving here in 2021."

"There is a small window in the mid to late February to see the Trout Lilies. The tiny gems have a bloom that has got to be witnessed. The volunteers are funny, professional and a delight to be around. This is one of my all time favorite late winter field trips. Thank you for hosting such a natural gem. The trails are marked off with colored streamers and sticks and logs. Beware there are no bathrooms nor picnic tables."
