"Extremely disappointed with my experience. Haley Pennington does not respect or value new clients or their time. Owner is also dismissive to address concerns of her stylist. I had a 3 week advance appointment with Haley and confirmed the day before I would attend. I arrived early to my appointment because I was a new client and wanted to discuss inspirations and desire for my service. At 20 minutes past my appointment I heard Haley call for the receptionist to relay the message she was running late and would be an additional 15 minutes. At that point I had been sitting for 30 minutes since checking in, upset, and ready to leave. I expressed to the receptionist I was not okay with waiting and the receptionist apologized and asked Haley if I would be penalized for leaving. Haley, who I could see and hear from the lobby, did not return herself with a response or an apology. When I left I immediately called the owner to express my frustration and left her a voicemail. It has been two weeks since this event and neither the owner or Haley has contacted me to reschedule or apologize. Salon services are expensive and intimate. You entrust in your stylist and salon to value you, your time and your money. It is my experience that Haley and the owner do not respect new clients."
