McDonald's 3133 Watson Boulevard, Warner Robins, GA 31093

"Order 2 kids meals and had to go back because the Sprite was out. When I reached the 2nd window the young woman had an attitude about and stopped back. Manager Morgan jumped in and made 2 Hi C instead. I asked for young lady's name and she said she could not give it out because she was a minor. Bs because don't they have name taga anyhow Manger name was Morgan and this is our local MCDONALD'S and its really sad because they always have an attitude about working and I was overly nice about the situations. I don't care what my kids say but we are never eating at any MCDONALD'S again. There is no such thing as good customer service anymore. Really sad."

"My husband and I ordered 4 burgers and a fry. We ask for the food to be bag separate because I'm allergic to onions they put food on same bag we asked for a bag... She gave us a bag and they forgot to give us napkins and ketchup so my husband was trying bto get they attention they came to the window rude because we wanted our food bagged separately the short manager was in on it..... They open the window and closed it in our face.... I will never eat here again..... Poor customer service who train these people just nasty"

"Mobile order is useless here unless you have two hours for lunch. I’ve been burned multiple times trying to get food here in a time crunch. So incredibly slow for such a limited menu. Will not be returning here."

"Drive thru service was horrible. We had a long wait and then got cold food. My bun looked as if someone had taken a bite out of it. I sent the fries and burger back. They brought the same fries back…cold. They did it on purpose because there were a couple of employees standing in the window laughing when the girl handed me the bag. The only reason I didn’t get out, come in and act a fool was because it was raining. I called and no one answered. That’s utterly disgusting and rude. I hope they don’t eat out and expect good service. I will never return to this location!!!"

"I'm allergic to onions. They mess up our burgers every time, and they're never made to our specifications. And guess what! Onions! Had to go to urgent care the first time this happened because we blindly trusted there were competent individuals working here. Went here 5 more times after this issue and 2 out of three times they get the order right. They simply don't care."
