They don't respect us but want our money ! She did everything but say hurry up and buy....hot store too! 100 degrees in and out the store!"

"The little old Asian lady follows me around the store this day. I walked in as son as they opened and started looking around for something to do to my hair because I was unsure what I wanted. While I was walking around looking at the products my mom calls me. I answered the phone and had a 20min conversation with my mom. And then my guy calls and I am talking to him for about 10 mins. The little old Asian lady was very upset that I was still deciding what to buy. She told me I don’t need to be on the phone. I needed to buy something and get out. She told me I was at her business way too long and I can’t be in here talking on the phone. She told me that this is a business and I can’t be walking around and doing whatever I want. I was so upset and confused. I was so upset that I told the lady standing at the register what was going on. I walked out crying because I really needed something for my hair, but I didn’t deserve to be treated that way because I was still deciding what I wanted to buy. I have bought 15 wigs from this store. So no I didn’t expect that kind of treatment at all."

"Too! Hot turn on the AC for customers please. However I can't believe that paying customers can not try on wigs when cdc restrictions been lifted before the pandemic customer there are always a risk customer take when trying on wigs, clothes and shoes such as lice ,ringworm bedbug etc that those .50 stocking caps wouldn't protect people from however sometimes its ideal to try on the product"

"If I could give it NO STARS I WOULD, two weeks ago I came in looking for wigs with my mother the lady was HELPFUL with us finding wigs, but I am very disappointed that I spent a lot of money on a wig that matted up the next day, I called today to see if I could exchange it or do something about and she said yes just bring the wig up to the store ( And I did tell her that the wigs was wore for not even a good 24 hrs ) , MIND you I live 45 minutes away from the store, I came to the store and she was very rude tasing her voice saying that she couldn’t do anything about it. I was very upset. I didn’t even want my money back honestly just something in exchange would’ve been great for me. She disappointed because I made sure I called to MAKE SURE everything would be fine and cool but when I got there it was something different... I even LEFT the wig in the counter I didn’t bring it back home with me Customer service was POOR, the last at the register was RUDE. There hair IS horrible, just because they have those “good sales” doesn’t mean it’s always good. Invest your money somewhere else you guys. God Bless."
