"Great experience! I arrived at 0430 for an 0700 appointment. Checked in and went to truck parking. Thirty minutes later, I had a door assignment. By 0645 I had BOL in hand. In addition, this place has restrooms available and the facility is very clean! I would love to come back!"

"Worst wear house Burris cold storage-GA My appointment was at 8 am , i checked in at 7 am , right now its 5:30 Pm and still my driver have not get the door yet. Temperature is -20 , so now you may know how frustrating it is when the gas prices are so expensive and these wearhouses don’t care about the time of a person and the value of money of driver. I really don’t understand why these people are doing business when they don’t know how to serve the people. Drivers are really helpless in their own way because no power is in their hand. They just have to wait , welcome to the trucking life."

"1000 appt 0900 check in 1130 unloaded with paperwork DELIVERY: Be very careful here as to showing up early for delivery. I was a day early and they wanted to charge $75 for a work in. the most they allow you to be is one hour before deli ery and if your 30 minutes past your grace period of your appointment time, they will also charge you $75 There is no getting around it so I opted to come back an hour before my appointment time. The guards are slow. They have cones preventing you from entering before check in. The guards will ask for your PO# , phone number and your drivers license. They will also check your seal Check into Receiving which stairs are by a green air conditioning unit, and you will immediately be given a door. Its a red light/ green light system and the office will call you when to get your bills. I had a frozen load and the office says they go by appointments. Once you receive your paperwork upon exiting the facility, the guards will check your paperwork for the PO# once again, Take your phone number once again and check the back of your trailer before moving the lime green cone. It took longer to exit than to enter which I feel was a waste of time once your unloaded but not the guards fault, its their company protocol. I've heard of people being here over 8 hours, but that wasn't the case for me. This company exceeded expectations for a delivery. maybe because I had a semi-early appointment. No lumper fees which was nice huge yard with plenty of room to maneuver and tern around"
