"Breakfast sandwiches have stale buns early in the morning. If you go later (9 to 10am) they are fresher. Problem is, I like to eat early. I believe they are using up yesterday’s muffins and after they have - you can get a fresh sandwich. Please fix this!"

"We have been going for a while now but now we are seeing a steep decline in both the service offered and the time spent at the drive-thru for an unsatisfying meal in general. The other night they couldn't get my mobile order right and so that they hadn't gotten it or that someone had already come to pick it up which isn't my fault there should be someone verifying that, but I spent 15 minutes at the window waiting for them to sort it out. They happen to leave my sauce out that night as well. Now I see that this is a repeat trend as I ordered condiments on the side tonight and they once again left out all sauces for my nuggets and they drowned my McChicken in ketchup even though the McChicken doesn't come with ketchup. The McChicken has only ever been bread mayonnaise lettuce and chicken. So why now of all times does the McChicken come with ketchup? Granted it's been a year since I've ordered it because McDonald's decided that the McChicken was now 2 dollars instead of one. The fish fillet was absolutely slathered in tartar sauce to the point where I couldn't taste the fish. It would just be so much better if they could put the correct condiments on the sandwiches and then give us the actual condiments that we asked for rather than putting condiments that we don't want where we don't ask and then leave out the other condiments that we want for the meal. Kinda whack. The sandwich doesn’t come with ketchup because it doesn’t taste good with ketchup. I just checked the app, and I didn’t order either with ketchup, yet both came with ketchup. Is this why it’s $1.99 instead of 1$ now? the ketchup? cause I’ll leave that off lol not trying to be petty but it’s just so confusing to have the items not made the way they’re supposed to be and we can’t even enjoy the items that are made the way they’re supposed to be because there’s no sauce to eat them with. Again, whack. Pretty ACTUALLY AWFUL, NOT GOOD though ONE BAD REVIEW ISNT ENOUGH, Let’s go! Updated review to 3 stars and service to 5 due to owner operator Jeffrey. He continues to try to make it right."

"Went to the drive thru and got 2 sausage Cheese biscuits and a regular sausage biscuit. I got a cold and hard sausage biscuit and 2 cheese biscuits which is NOT what I ordered. I was omw to dialysis and couldn't turn around. EVERY TIME I come to this location my order is always incorrect or cold."
