"I will never in my damn life go back there!I had a sew in I wanted to get taken out.The lady with the long nails took it out and cut my real hair!!!! I believe she knew she did but tried to cover it up but yu can't really tell because I have thick long hair.But the part she cut when cutting the sew in yarn out was on my edges on the right side.When I tell yu I was pissed off and didn't even wanna pay them for that sorry ass service I got. Meanwhile I got my hair washed to and the wash she gave me my damn 10yr old daughter could've done better!After the wash I still had dandruff in my hair and it was still itchy...smmfh.MY ADVICE TO ANYONE IS IF YU HAVE NATURAL HEALTHY HAIR THAT YOU DO TAKE GOOD CARE OF....DO NOT GO HERE!THEY TREAT YOUR REAL HAIR LIKE ITS QUICK WEAVE WHICH IS THE MAIN THING THEY DO HERE.Never in my life will I go back!"
