"Food was great. The service was terrible. They were out of almost everything I asked for, despite the items being advertised. Then had to re ring me up because the cashier was clueless as to what the didn't have. If you keep this up, don't expect to be open much longer. You want to know why you can't move in Chick-fil-A? Customer service. Learn how to do it."

"Ordered patty melt with Swiss cheese and mushrooms they didn't toast the bread. He got another type of patty melt, they didn't have the sauce that went on the burger, they were out of ice said the ice machine was broken. Not very friendly customer oriented staff."

"The only negative comment is about my kiddos and I having arguments to go through the drive through multiple times cause someone doesn’t like cheese on there burger and the other didn’t want a burger this time around. Other than this awful experience with my children, everything else went perfectly"

"I don't get it. The Whopper Jr. is a lot tastier than the Whopper, but for some reason, the meat is not as warm on the Jr. When I use my BK App for points, my orders are always compromised. The burger patty comes out of the frozen meat bag, so how can a few more minutes interfere with quality? Easy, lack of concern; not restaurant cooking instructions. It wouldn't hurt BK when removing any of these employees that are aware of this, because they are not going to use their money made at Burger King to purchase any BK food. They don't want to advertise for BK. Resentment is the only form of exchange, to some. When the employees do use personal vendetta's, some of the ones not paying attention always have an excuse when a meal is divided. We don't need another demonstration of Hardee's employee lack of performance."

"This burger has to be the worst. At breakfast they never have what’s on the menu. At lunch today I was told at the drive thru if I had a card I would have to come inside, I said I have cash. She then Told me I would have to come inside to order anyway as her computer wouldn’t work. So I went to go inside and the door was locked, the woman inside just stared at me and walked off. Insane. Don’t waste your time here, they probably don’t have anything on the menu, or you might just get locked out."
