"This is definitely one of the better eating establishments in town! The food is consistently good, the restaurant is always clean & the staff [especially Bre, who has a smile & is very personable every time we visit!] is definitely customer oriented from the time we walk in the door until we leave! Plus, they have delicious Peach Tea... which I absolutely love! We've never had a bad experience in the three years we've been going there!"

"I personally do not eat barbecue but occasionally we go to Shane’s as they have other options and my husband likes barbecue. There was a couple in front of us ordering and I almost immediately noticed the employee taking his order seemed pretty rude but I brushed it off, as we were ordering I definitely realized she was a very rude person. I felt so uncomfortable ordering with her. My cup had a hole in it and she was very rude when we asked for a new cup, the food was great but my salad that was supposed to have grilled chicken seemed to have pork that hadn’t been pulled yet (possibly?) I had to pick it all off. The girl that brought our food to us was very nice! The one that was rude had blue and pink hair and I believe her name was Jayden. Would definitely recommend not going here."

"Terrible Service and Food! My wife wanted the loaded potato but she wanted to leave off the pulled pork and top the potato with their Buffalo chicken that they top the loaded fries with but the hostess couldn't find a button to push for that I guess and then said "no". Then after asking the host to please go check with the kitchen staff she came back and told me they could put the BBQ sauce on the side but had to leave the pulled pork. WTH! I don't know but we ordered something else and waited 30 mins for our food to come out without fries(2mins later)and we were the only people in the restaurant. My ribs were not the warmest and very tough! Oh, and what restaurant doesn't know to pull the membrane off the ribs?!? (pic above) Brunswick stew was so damn hot I only ate a few bites trying to let them cool down. Tasted great later at home. My wife's smoked chicken was tough too. Never going back to this store again. I live in Gray so I'll just drive to the Milledgeville location that never disappoints. Only ate at this one because we went to Bass Pro."

"Briana was the manager on duty she was super nice and extremely accommodating. The food was horrible it looks as if the baked the chicken and poured sauce on it no smoked or grilled taste whatsoever. The best part of the meal was the toast and sprite. I do not recommend this establishment I didn’t think anyone could screw up barbecue but that’s no longer true."

"Not a pleased customer this time around. I've been to this location many times but this time both of the peach cobblers ordered was dried out. Now the Brownie was good and the service & atmosphere was pleasant."
