"I called the shop and ask how much it was for two braids to the back. The lady said it was $40. I came almost 20 minutes after the call. I arrived and a lady greeted me and stated she was busy and she also stated the other lady's hands were in pain. A big waste of time. No apology. No suggestion of a better time . Very unprofessional and I will never return."
