"I go in and I get an eyebrow clean up (threading) and I only let Yasmine touch my eyebrows. She is the best of the best! She does them exactly how I like and doesn’t make my eyebrows thin. Yasmine has welcoming energy and she also ensures that your are comfortable and massages your eyebrows with aloe vera after threading them. Next time you go ask for Yasmine!!!"
"I've been coming here for years. I absolutely love coming here. Everyone is nice and takes their time. Today Sunny assisted me and she took great care of me!!"
"My regular wax place was closed (rio wax) so the closest was this place. When I walked in the smell was crazy, but they do a lot of services and I don’t know if they had lunch and that was leftover but it was strong. I then went in for a wax ( Brazilian sugar) they only had two options (usually get the cocoa wax) but the one I NEEDED they didn’t have. As she’s doing the wax, she would snatch the strip, don’t rub it or smooth it before applying another strip which made the process even more painful ( being I had shaved before) she didn’t get my hair on my bottom at all. Also at rio they have tweezers to get the hair the wax can’t remove, also after every strip they would either place their hand over or rub (with gloves) to soothe the pain which I didn’t realize was great service before this experience. She also talked with me ( being short and dismissive) then stated a while after that she’s only talking to make the process faster and easier smh lol. I then had to get dressed while she was in the room. I don’t know if they thought I was going to steal but it was crazy. I will “NEVER” step foot in this place ever lol. Definitely bad experience. I gave it a 3 because they were professional regardless of my opinion. I tipped 10 ( which I do every appointment) and felt rushed, STILL. I came is an hour around closing but the dismissive attitude and service was just not to my liking I paid 40 overall."
"I come here all the time for my waxing services which I have no complaints. I inquired about the Henna, the older woman told me hennas start at $10 but the one I inquired about was about $20-$35 which I had no issue with. Today was my appointment, I showed one girl the same photo I showed the older lady she said it was the same price for both hands after I inquired about a custom piece I wouldn’t have mind paying what I paid for the design that I received but she stated she couldn’t do the custom piece, said ok and I sat and waited for my turn. Now the other female came out and said she’ll do my henna and it was $30 for just one hand but the picture I inquired about was quoted TWICE $20-35, she stated it’s $30 for one hand and $25 for the other. Majority of the pics have prices on them with labels that say (each) this specific picture didn’t so to my knowledge I’m about to pay $20-35 for my henna and that did not happen. I ended up paying $55 for this. I like ut but I’m Highly disappointed, it’s way larger then the actual pic so majority of the design couldn’t be done. I’m glad I didn’t get my nails done before the appointment like the older lady advised because they would’ve been ruined by the dye that was left on my nails. Wouldn’t recommend the Henna service. The prices fluctuate based on the lady I’m guessing. It’s a rush job and what’s advertised is inaccurate information (The flyer posted but the sign in sheet says starting at $15, the book says $10+, the younger ladies says $25+, the older ladies say $20+). Won’t get this service again"
