"Paid almost $300 for Whitney to color my hair and didn’t even realize how bad it looked until almost a week later. I waited 4 days to wash my hair and when I did wash my hair I used cool water. So there’s no excuse like “oh it’s faded”. Because it didn’t. The color is patchy, uneven, and overall is just a mess. You can tell where she just completely missed spots of my hair and my natural color is there; just straight brown. She didn’t even do the color I wanted to begin with. I thought it looked okay because of the lighting in the shop but apparently not. I am not coming back to get it fixed either. Hope she enjoyed her tip she didn’t even deserve."
