"Difficult to get into parking lot due to road construction but once in you'll be welcomed and served quickly. Waitstaff are friendly and attentive. Food is cooked as you ordered. If you like bacon crispy that's how you'll get it. Take note if you order waffles and like them crispy, be sure to say that otherwise you'll get soft waffles. Butter tubs are actually spread, so if you're avoiding preservatives take note. There is no rye bread for toast but wheat, white and raisin are good as are the biscuits. Coffee is always hot and fillups are continuous. The only downside is a jukebox. Usually the breakfast crowd is content to chat with each other but every once and a while, well you know. So I'm local and enjoy this wafflehouse weekly. It's fun to see familiar faces. Good food, good cheer, good atmosphere! Decent prices as well."

"I haven't been to wafflehouse since my bar shuting down days (20 years ago). We showed up at the worst time, the after church rush. I was already having a bad day & was dreading my decision. My aggravation melted away when I was greeted with several smiling faces. Then when I was seated at the bar next to a stranger. She introduced me to their regular "Mr. Robertson" & informed how lucky I was, they just don't let anyone sit next to him. Once seated, I was reassured that someone would be right with me by every employee who walked past. For the first time I ordered non breakfast meal, it was amazing. I totally ignored my 2 companions chatting with the vip. I not only got an amazing meal, I was reminded by strangers to slow down and live in the moment when I needed it most. I hope waffle house appreciates what they have with this crew. Thank you guys"

"Food is always good here but my order is always getting messed up. My husband ordered here for a togo order and I had a waffle with chocolate chips and pecans ordered. They put chocolate chips and peanut butter on my waffle instead and my daughter has a severe peanut allergy so I never order anything with peanuts or peanut butter to bring in my household. Imagine someone with the allergy and this screw up happens. Another time I ordered a bacon egg and cheese Texas toaster and they gave me one with steak on it."

"Well for one being open 24 hours is a plus and my server was great. This has always been a great location. But what made me happy is I simply asked for a side of bacon on a grill that was just wiped and assured no other utensils would touch the bacon (cross contamination) I realize locations and staff vary, but to do that so my son could eat (allergies) Well i always tip extra when they do that. I guess i forgot my meal and I always add eggs so it was a winner. It was delish!!!"

"Waffle House is the measure of breakfast most Americans enjoy. This facility has the same clean and ordered interior we expect when walking into any store in the chain. Staff here is very plesant and worked quickly to get my hangry friend what he needed to calm down. Unlike the stores in Jacksonville (where I live), they have under $10 plates (at the moment) with lots of meat. The exterior needed a little lot cleaning but the entire interior was clean and felt sanitary. If you need good, hot food, quickly, I highly recommend stopping here for great comfort food."
