McDonald's

"McDonald's has changed so much from what I am used to, the fries were cold and I asked for hot fries, I was so disappointed because I used to love their fries, I hate them now because they are always cold and soggy. I don't mind waiting for some hot fries. People love their fries hot, I hate going through the drive thru and getting cold fries, then I have to park and go in to get hot fries, most times I just throw them away. McDonald's needs to get it together on the hot fries, they need to put a hot sign in the window like Krispy Kreme, then I will stop. Whenever I get cold fries, I will not support McDonald's for a while, then I will try them again and most times it happens again."

"I live near this McDonalds every morning for the last couple of months a they have been very bad. The lights be on with no body at the windows to take your order we blow the horn and still no one comes to the windows and can never get your order right. We are on our way to work at 6:30 am in the morning so we have to find another McDonalds. Something needs to be done about that location please"

"You get what you expect with McDonald's, but I have always had to wait in long lines for food here. Soggy fries are common here and I have gotten my burger back undercooked before. That being said, the last time I went for breakfast I had a much more positive experience. Hope they are getting it figured out."

"This is my local McDonald's and the service is starting to go south because the last time I was here, they never even answered the second ordering station in the drive through and just let me sit there and not get any answer. So, I went to the first drive through line and they finally answered me. It was until I got to the food pickup area that they made me wait in the parking lot for another 30 minutes to get my food. On other times it was also very slow, and sometimes did not get my order right. The food here is not too great and I never get McDonald's often. Anyway, not too bad food, but slow service."

"Me and my dad just wanted a 30 chicken nuggets and waited bout 10 minutes just to get them and they end up being raw! I also add the fact when we got to the window to receive the raw chicken nuggets they were playing and messing around. I get you can have fun while at work and stuff like this but it was just A LOT of messing around where they couldn't even give us proper nuggets. When we came back they were still messing around. Took them about 30-40 minutes just to get 30 chicken nuggets that are cooked which usually dont even take that long. I could add so much more how how horrible the staff were and even the atmosphere!"
