Prime Nail Salon

"I have been going to this shop since 2008. The owner Helen and her husband are so nice. I have watched their children grow up. The cleanliness and customer service has kept me coming back over the years when I wanted to treat myself to a mani/pedi. I have had some visits that have not been as satisfying because the owner has new people do my nails. I am very sad to say that after my treatment 1/7/23 I will not be back. I will only patron a salon that is respectful of the customers. The tech doing my pedi was talking about me in her language to the lady doing my hands. She went so far as to apparently tell a joke that was really funny to her. I actually got ready to get up and leave, I really should have. The owner even looked offended a couple of times, but she didn't stop her. Later a customer came in for a mani and the owner told her there was a wait about 25 minutes. She stated that she would have to go somewhere else and left. Tes it was abrupt but this same tech went on say a ton of stuff in her language to the owner and other tech. She and the other tech talked of course in their language continuing to laugh loudly for several minutes. The owner didn't participate. I want to share that the energy in the shop has changed tremendously. She is poison. This may have been going for years but it wasn't blatantly done. Although they do a good job most of the time I will not patron a place that I feel I have to record and translate. I do suggest the heavier set tech that is so disrespectful to customers and potential customers be let go or coached. The owner knows who I am speaking of. This is not the first time she has done this to me and I have witnessed others being done the same way."

"Helen is amazing! I moved to the area from NY a month ago and was very nervous about finding a new nail salon that could live up to my high standards. Helen made sure my nails were exactly how I liked! She’s so sweet and her prices are great. $28 for an acrylic fill and gel polish. I will be continuing to get my nails done there! Thank you Helen!"

"I've been going here for almost four years, and have never had a problem for myself or my daughter. Service is great, Helen remembers how I like my nails done, and on the rare occasion where I've been in a hurry, she's been great and accommodating. Unlike one of the lower rated reviews claims, the cost of everything is clearly displayed on the wall, as well as a price list on the counter."

"Omg the BEST customer service EVER. I absolutely loved every minute of my experience here. Teresa and Helen are AMAZING. Seriously Teresa is so meticulous and she takes her time to make sure you are fully relaxed and pampered. Get the Luxury Pedicure and end with a 10 minute neck and shoulder and FACE massage by Teresa (whaaaaat? Yeah. It's crazy amazing). You will feel BRAND NEW! Yay! So glad I found this wonderful place!"
