Once I got ahold of the vice president he was helpful and the situation was resolved but I would be happy if I never had to deal with this so called company again."

They do not pick up, call you back, or even answer you. I even went to the extreme of finding employees of the company on LinkedIn to ask for assistance. No answer from them either, not surprised. I am left with no choice but to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Avoid them at all cost if possible. They are clearly a scam."
