"The person I spoke with previously was very professional. I thought I had taken care of all my bills from having my baby over the summer but obviously a couple slipped thru. The website is easy to use and pay. I never like to have unpaid bills go to collections but stuff happens and apparently mom brain is real. Nobody likes debt collectors but someone has to do it."

"I live in MA and this place (that I've never heard of) keeps calling me from Georgia expecting me to pay them money. They told me the only way I can pay is by giving them my credit card information over the phone or sending them a check. Sounds like a SCAM to me! I asked them to send me a bill so I can verify who they are and they told me they can't send me anything in the mail. There is no online portal to pay bills?? In this day and age you can't trust ANYONE asking for money over the phone! It's a ridiculous request. This place is extremely unprofessional."

"I have been with the company for a year now. This is a great company. The training they offer is great. The trainer Candace is very patient and versed in the field of healthcare. I’ve been in the field for over 20 years and was still able to learn more. I recommend and referred others to the company. Hollis Cobb training department also allowed me to become CPAR certified. This was another opportunity to work with Candace. It has always been a pleasure to work with both Candace and Frank. I am very excited and look forward to my future with Hollis Cobb Associates."

"I just spoke to Monica and she was EXTREMELY RUDE to me! I am a 22 year old college student and have never been transferred to a debt collection agency and i simply asked her what “collection activities” meant and she told me that she couldn’t go into further detail after i explained to her that i am 22 and have no clue what that means she told me to have a nice day and HUNG UP ON ME! not to mention she was extremely rude throughout the entire phone call. I told her i didn’t have to amount due and if i could set up a payment plan and she TOLD ME NO! later in the phone call i explained again that i do not have the total amount due at this time and if i could set it up to pay monthly and she goes “well what we can do is set it up 3 payments for 3 months”…??? She was NOT helpful at all with any of my questions and treated me like a bag of dirt. At the end of the call, none of my questions were answered and she was again EXTREMELY RUDE! i have never been on the phone with someone as inconsiderate as Monica was. Just thought someone should know Monica was NO HELP and sounded like she would rather be doing better things on a Friday than to be helping me. She should be put under review. i can only imagine how she treats other people on the phone who are just finding out they have an outstanding balance."

"They keep calling with an important matter recording, just call them back! If important have a live person call me . Anyway have been asking for 3 month for proof of debt from hospital, have not received as of yet ! No proof no payment from recent hospital stay , found several charges on large bill for services not rendered!"
