However when I was in there yesterdayI was disappointed with the attention I got, no extra rubbing, didn't even mentioned turning on massage chair,no water, and no one to help me get out of chair,just left me to move everything. I am sure if I would go back but may give another chance because serviceis usually good."

"I’ve been going to Bluegrass for 10+ years and yesterday was the last time I will be spending my money there. Alison, the manager, is the main reason. I’ve had a handful of interactions over of the years that were less than pleasant which I would just chalk up to her having a bad day. She doesn’t know how to handle conflict/questioning well and her approach is borderline demeaning. And yesterday I’ve had enough. There are many nail salons that would appreciate my repeat business."

"I was in town visiting my family for a week and read the good reviews for this nail salon. I walked in and asked for a gel manicure. I was immediately seated for my manicure. Although every employee was pleasant the quality of my manicure was horrible. My gel manicure didn’t even last a week. All of the tips have chipped off and the polish is peeling around the cuticles. I’m disappointed with the quality of service I got and I will not be going back to this nail salon."

The service is consistent regardless of who takes care of you. They provide the best service without a flaw. The massages are EVERYTHING. It’s a must to treat yourself at least every few weeks. I always get a short almond SNS and lasts at least 3-4 weeks."
