"Robb Todd is such a lazy hairstylist. I’ve seen him three times over the course of a few years. I used to have extremely damaged hair and went to him to have it dyed back to my natural color. He didn’t style it that time because he said it was too damaged. I went to see him again a few months ago to add highlights. I paid for a full head of highlights as well as a trim and a style. He put 5 foils of highlights just on the top of my hair. After the wash, he put a leave in on and then it was blow dried by his assistant but my hair still looked wet because it was so oily from the leave in. He washed my hair again because he also saw how oily it was. I still asked for it to be styled as I had plans right after. He partially styled it. He dried the top half of my head and curled it. I left with the entire bottom section of my hair still very wet. I ended up paying around $250, which would’ve been the correct price if I would have gotten a full head of highlights but as I said before, he only highlighted the top half. I don’t plan on going back here which is really disappointing because I actually like Robb Todd."
