"Terrible management. I always go to this eyebrow place. Today I waited for an hour (which was my choice) so that I can get the lady I want. After getting my eyebrows done by the lady I want the manager (old guy at the register) charged me double the eyebrow price. And when I asked him why, he said waiting for a specific person to do your eyebrows is special service. I do not understand how waiting over an hour to get your eyebrows done by the person you want cost you double!!!!"
