"Had a good experience with Andy and my SNS Dipping Powder; he was meticulous and my nails looked great. My only frustration was that I was charged $5 for “shaping” and I felt like shaping should be included in the price of service- not an extra charge. I got them almond shaped and I wasn’t told that it would be extra until I went to pay. There is also no indication in their pricing that this is an extra charge."
"The first few times I went to this salon, I had a good experience. The techs were never overly friendly but they did a good job. This last experience was not as good. The tech made it very obvious that she would rather be anywhere else, she barely shaped my nails, and the top coat was missing from half my nail on several fingers. The polish barely lasted 3 days before I had to remove it. Definitely not coming back here any time soon."
"I really liked the GelX nails they put on. The nails last a month for me before needing a new set! They looked more natural than my typical acrylic"
"Ugh. This place is getting so bad. I used to love it here but the last few times the place just misses. Can someone tell me why every time I go here I end up with short, fat, chody nails? I love the color and the nail tech was really nice but I have long not super wide nail beds but now I look like I have short, fat nails. I would have got tips if I knew they were going to look so chunky. Super upset because I’m leaving out of town and now I have to keep these things on the whole time. Plus they charge me for a “manicure” on top of my sns when I didn’t even want my cuticles cut.. no lotion or anything after? What gives. The lady at the front is super rude when you ask her questions. Like I’m just asking, work on your customer service skills. I also noticed reuse of nail files and clips which is so super gross. Super bummed this place that I once loved, totally blows now."
"Beautiful yet basic salon. I reminds me of the modern IKEA furniture, simplistic, functional, affordable and pretty but flimsy and not comfortable. You have to share a tough bench with the person next to you for pedicures and the foot basin is really just a sink so nothing fancy. They make it seem like they're busy when you call to try and make an appointment but when I walked in after not being able to get an appointment before work, they were able to take me in about 20 minutes (I was quoted 4pm the day before, I walked in around 12 the next day). I walked in and was greeted by the owner I told her I just needed gel polish ($20) and she asked me to pick a color. They seemed to have decent lacquer nail colors, I didn't like they they didn't have a color wheel for the gel colors, you have to open each bottle to really see each color which was a little time consuming. The manicure tables are "community" style beneath the chandeliers and all of their appliances are "cordless" to go with the theme. Personally I don't think the lighting at the tables were really sufficient for doing detailed work which might have attributed to the poor paint job on my long nails. The technician painted in thick short strokes piling it on, I asked if she was going to smooth it out with a file before the top coat... she promised she would but didn't to my expectations. After the top coat I had to leave for work, my polish was thick, lumpy and rough on a few nails, I was also charged $35 for a full gel manicure (which I didn't ask for). I just got more an more irritated looking at my nails throughout the day. Maybe I just expected a little more based off of reviews and location, but then again long nails aren't a thing here. NOTE: I have edited my review from 2 to 3 stars after the owner smoothed and repolished my nails the next day."
