"It’s unfortunate that I have to make a review after being a loyal customer for about a year. I had a toe polish change and developed an infection (athletes foot) literally a day or so after. I haven’t been back since. I’m writing to warn others. I’ve been going to nail salons for YEARS and I have never experienced this and wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone! I hope this salon becomes more conscious and empathetic of customers and takes more effort of cleanliness and sanitation because this is absolutely unacceptable and a huge health risk. In response to owner, Online research and google tells us that fungal infections are highly contagious and are transmitted from one person to the next as a result of poor sanitation in nails salons. I got the infection from your shop! Yes, I received a toe nail polish change, however clippers/nail files and other equipment was still utilized during my visit. Mistakes happen and as a consumer, this situation would have been a good opportunity for you as an owner to take accountability, show empathy and positive customer service despite the circumstances because I was a consistent customer and I am the one who has to ultimately deal with the infection as a result. Thank you"
"Stopped by for a simple French manicure. Nothing looked sanitary or sterilised, none of the equipment came out of a clean box. The lady who was doing my nails cut two of my fingers so deep, I started bleeding profusely. She wiped blood and proceeded filing using a dirty, old looking nail filer, the towel that she gave me “used to be a white”, now it looked like a rainbow with very questionable dirty spots. I asked her to stop and to wipe the blood w a cotton dipped in alcohol. I ended up asking her not to touch my nails. I was looking forward to a nice french manicure, instead I left with band aids on my bleeding fingers. Hope I don’t get an infection from the dirty equipment. Literally my first negative review ever of any business, the experience was really bad."
"I drive over an HOUR each way to come and see Linda, the owner, at Lush! She is amazing. I wanted some fun nails for my trip to Disney, but I am a pretty plain person so this is what we did! I love them. It’s clean, and everyone is so nice!"
"First, and LAST time visiting. Can’t express how disappointed I am in the blatant lack of customer service. I was the only black customer in here and felt completely uncomfortable. The woman doing my nails asked me where I was from and I told her I just moved up from midtown. She then asked me if I have a job (Why because Alpharetta is mostly Caucasian and you think I can’t afford to live up here?) in which I stated yes I do. On top of her lack of people skills, her nail work was subpar. My nails were supposed to be almond shaped and she had to redo 1 nail 3 times before another tech had to come fix it. My nails are SUPER thin, barely any acrylic. Even the woman trying to fix the mess she had told her this. When she finally finished her less then stellar work, she told me I could go sit and have my nails dried. It’s only 5 and the shop closes at 7 yet they were all dressed and ready to leave so proceeded to rush me. I told her let me let them dry and she then started saying she can check me out??? But every other customer in there was allowed to have their nails completely dry so what makes it different for me? She then had the AUDACITY to try and say she can help me get my wallet out, and proceeded to touch my purse and zip it open to try and get my wallet. I told her no, I will pay when my nails are dry and I go to the front counter like everyone else. The woman who did my toes then went to ring me up, even though my nails weren’t completely dry. At that point I was absolutely disgusted with the situation and my nails were dry enough so I just went to the front to pay. While I was going in my purse to get my wallet, the woman who did my toes had the NERVE to walk around the side of the counter to see if I had the money I guess? Just completely disgusted with my experience and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The pictures are literally me sitting in my car right after. I haven’t even left the parking lot. May I add that she also gave me $5 off the service as if that would make up for her distasteful attitude and lack of proper technique and shaping."
"CiCi did my lashes just like I wanted them to look! She is professional and nice. They look natural but still full!! I am very happy with my experience and service❤️ And my nails look amazing."
