"Went in to get 2 double cheese burger 1 with no mustard and extra onions and 1 like it supposed to be with extra onions.both had no onions on them plus went back to fix it still not right still no onions.this McDonalds is the worst McDonald's to screw your your up my 2 nd order number was 292 around 4 pm.the kid behind the counter didn't know what he was doing.all he did was to make everyone mad because there were taking to long to get order out"

"Drive thru-order was wrong so I went back in to have them fix it. I had to repeatedly ask someone to come help me. They “redone” both sandwiches but it was obvious they just threw a second patty on them bc it was the same boxes I took back in there. I know for a fact bc I squished the stickers up on purpose just to see. & they still had onions on both even though I said 2 double quarter pounders no onions. Idiots. Only proved to myself once again why I don’t eat fast food often…especially McDonalds. Every employee looked & acted like they were forced to be there against there will & like I was an inconvenience coming in & not taking what they gave me & liking it. When it came out wrong I was like screw it & left bc I was furious & obvious I’d kill another 20 going in for the second time. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! IT AINT THAT hard to make an order right!! Jeez."

"This used to be the best mcdonalds that I know of but in the last 2 months it has little by little went to the worst ever! I use the mobile app but don't ever order a soft drink bc the machine has been out of carbonation for over a month, all you will get is pure drink syrup. And 6 out of 10 times they have been out of sweet tea. Good luck if you ever get fresh food here anymore and forget about condiments or napkins, you literally have to ask for everything. I understand why prices have increased everywhere but if I'm going to pay these kinds of prices then I better get fresh quality food, these people need to do better! Not sure if it's under new management but whatever the case one of the higher ups needs to go get this place in shape, no one should get service like this. And don't even bother going during the night shift, you really will lose your patience with that crew that's if they even let you order, I have had my money refunded twice bc I used the mobile app and when I went to pick it up, they were no longer taking orders mysteriously at 8pm at night. Please someone fix this, sadly this is the only mcdonalds in my area, the next closest is 10 miles away."

"The absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to I ordered over $31.00 of food for 3 people and not 1 of the orders was right, they gave us medium fries when we ordered large ...when I went in they said "we are out of the large fry holders" we should have gotten 1 medium and 1 small to make up a large ( that's NOT what we got ) When I got home my deluxe chicken sandwich had NOTHING on it. My wife's cheese burgers should have had extra pickles NOT !! That much money something should be right..."
