"The staff are always friendly. I like that you can sign in online, and when you arrive, there is no wait. This salon location is clean and well organized. The ladies here communicate well, so this helps the flow of things run smoothly. There is plenty of parking here and a big sized waiting area. My child loves to come here for a haircut because the ladies are gentle, and afterward you get a candy pop. Thank you."

"I wish I had gotten the name of the stylist who I had, because she was horrible. I've been to various great clips dozens of times and this is the first time I've ever had anything negative to say. Normally I tell the stylist what I want and we adjust as we go, in order to make sure my hair doesn't get cut to short. This stylist was extremely rude when after about 5 minutes into the cut she had "finished" and I examined it and requested more hair off certain areas. She claimed that I was making her do multiple haircuts and continued to somewhat hostiley make that point throughout the rest of the cut. She also didn't listen to anything I told her and proceeded to cut the front of my hair, which I specifically told her to leave longer. My hair looks absolutely ridiculously awful now."

"If I could give this zero stars, I would. Barber screwed me up so hard I started wearing a beanie to school. If you are under the age of 30, DO NOT get your haircut here. My hair used to be pretty long and I told them I wanted a 2-Block, showed them a few pictures, and they did NOT deliver. I hope that most barbers at Great Clips are not as bad as the person that cut my hair, but you never know. I would not take the risk of getting your haircut here, even if it's cheap. NOT HAPPY"

"Holy moly!! My Mom sits in the car and cries at her hair!! Gaps, haphazardly shaved over the hairline and unevenly cut. She asked to make the front bangs shorter and the stylist refused saying it would stick out. They still charged me $29 for the shampoo or something. I was too upset to comprehend what they were staying at that point. Ugh!"

"Horrible experience. My stylist was openly hostile and barely spoke to me the entire appointment. When she did, she snapped at me. I wish I trusted my gut and walked out when I had the chance. Now that I'm home and my hair is fully dried, it looks like she took a weed whacker to it. I asked for 2 inches off the bottom and she cut 4. It's uneven, choppy, and the left side is shorter than the right. I came here to save some money but I'm going to have to pay more somewhere else to fix what she did to my hair. DO NOT COME HERE."
