"I came here with my 2 year for her first hair cut! We made an appointment online which was super easy to do. Erica cut my daughter’s hair and did great! My daughter picked out which seat she wanted to sit in and Erica put some tv on for her so she would sit still. I just asked for a trim and got exactly what I wanted. At the end of the haircut Erica let my daughter pick out a bow for her hair and gave her a balloon as well. Very appreciative of how kind and gentle she was with my kid. My daughter really loved playing in the little setup they have by the front door. Will definitely be back again!"

I rarely write reviews, but the treatment we received from one of your staff members Erica W was truly disheartening. During our visit, we arrived at the salon eight minutes past our scheduled appointment time. I understand the importance of being punctual, and I apologize for the delay. However, the response we received from the new lady Erica W was completely unwarranted and unprofessional. She insisted that we reschedule our appointment, disregarding the fact that we were only slightly late. As a customer, I believe in fair and respectful treatment. It was disheartening to see such a lack of empathy and understanding from a staff member, especially when dealing with children. And We always had to wait for about 10 -15 min past our appointment time. Thank you for your attention to this matter. "Loved our experience. It was my four year olds first time getting her haircut and they did amazing! Took the time to make sure she was comfortable and there was no pressure. Did a great job on the cut and my daughter said she wanted to go again! We also were walk-ins and they were super accommodating and got us in and out really quickly."

"I recently took my toddler to this salon for a haircut, and I must admit that I was quite disappointed with the results. I had expected a bit more expertise from a professional establishment. The main issue was the lack of symmetry in the haircut. On the left side, his hair was left longer, still covering his ear, while the right side was cut significantly shorter, leaving an odd hole in the overall look. Additionally, there was no balanced decrease in length at the back. Maybe, I should have not expected more from a 8-9 minute cutting time in total. What frustrated me more was the response I received when I brought these concerns to their attention right away. Instead of acknowledging the issues and offering a solution, they simply told me that I should have asked for a clipper cut because my child's hair is straight. As a customer, I expected the hairdresser to be aware of the best approach for my child's hair type. After all, I'm not the expert here; that's why I sought professional help in the first place. In hindsight, I regret not attempting to cut my toddler's hair at home, as it seems I could have achieved a better result on my own. It's disheartening to have paid for a service that left my child's hair looking so uneven. Overall, I believe that simply owning a pair of scissors doesn't make someone a skilled hairdresser. I was hoping for a better experience, and unfortunately, I did not receive the level of expertise I had anticipated."

"Of course I don’t recommend this place it used to be my favorite place to take my son to get his hair cut, but not anymore after the experience I had today. Worse part is that people need to recognize when they don’t do a good job The lady that cut his hair was Érica W . I show her the picture of how I wanted her to cut my son’s hair an I guessed she just cut it how ever she wanted to ,an she noticed that she didn’t do a good job .I also left my comment on fb with more details ,never again going back to this place .I took my son to a barber shop today because his birthday is coming up an we are going to have a big celebration I was so sad an mad at the same time they ruined my day."
