"just left the store , I use to come here all the time until they just hired this new girl and the place use to be so welcoming but the light skin w the braids is VERY RUDE And every time I asked her a question her replies are rude her customer service is terrible it made me so uncomfortable. I would definitely RECOMMEND going to Angie’s beauty supply store down the street the ladies there are WELCOMING AND VERY HELPFUL they were patient with me in selecting some hair too."

"it was my me and my mother’s first time going there and the worker at the register was very rude with us. i don’t know her name but she was a lightskin with long braided fake hair. my mother walked in asking where the isle of scarves were and the woman gave a nasty look at us and told us where the isle was. okay. a shake off. we go back after getting what we need and when my mother makes a comment on the small area of lotions, the woman suggested we go to the dollar general. there was no need to be rude to us and have attitude. this is unacceptable, i don’t know who tf she thinks she is but it needs to be dealt with. we are muslims btw. i started to think maybe she was rude because she didn’t respect us."

"Do not buy electronics from this store. Although the receipt does not include a policy that electronics are not refundable in three days, your electronics will not be refundable. The manager I spoke with today asked me to look at the counter to review their policy. I went out of my way to return this product that was within policy based on the receipt. Policies should be consistent and the manager should have taken this product based on the receipt that was presented to me( not a poster on the counter that only the cashier can see) Avoid at all costs."
