"I wanted to love this place so bad! I’m new to the area and thought this would be my home salon moving forward. The salon is beautiful and modern. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and recognized as a new client. However, nothing like coming into an empty salon during working hours, 1 person ahead of you, to watching multiple people be washed, put under the dryer, and taken to the chair. I expected to be sitting for a while of course as I come to Dominican hair salons at least once a month. But wow! My first time here and this definitely rubbed me the wrong way. There should be an order of who is next. I had to remove myself from under the dryer and say something to be recognized. If I didn’t, I wonder how long it would’ve took before I was attended to. When they were looking for my name, the salon check in sheet was in the middle of the second page, while my name was still on the first page.. just wow Milly did a great job on my blowout. I will definitely give credit to the service, and 5 stars for her as a stylist. Unfortunately, my mood was not good at that point so I do apologize as it wasn’t her fault."

"Update: Ileana has moved around the corner to a larger space. The new salon is bright, airy and spacious - see pics. I went early afternoon today (Friday) and I was in and out fairly quickly. They always do a great job and are reasonably priced. 1st review: The ladies do a great job here. But be prepared to wait as they don't take reservations and the shop is not very big. It's bright, clean and they keep folks moving. First come, first serve!"
