"The customer service was horrible, I waited in the chair for about 20 minutes until my hair process was started. The hairstylist was rude to I and my mother when we first arrived. My hair was chopped extremely short when I only asked for a trim, my hair used to be past my shoulders and after getting it “trimmed” it is now bob length. The hydration treatment was not worth my time or money in no way possible. Overall I am disappointed, dissatisfied & will not be returning."
