"This was a horrible experience. I got to Fanta hair braiding and the lady I initially made the appointment with wasn’t there ,3 of her daughters where left unattended to give services. The place was cold on a hot day. The girl who was doing my hair kept going back and forth between myself and another client. At one point I had to ask her to wash her hands for infection control. I just wanted some crotchet but it was taking so long just to get the corn rows, At one point I Contemplated leaving as this was very unprofessional. Even the other client asked as well where her mother was. She started on my hair and began braiding tight, and fast then she left off again and had her sister maybe 11 yrs old to crotchet the hair I allowed it for a while as I was so desperate to get my hair done especially for the price that was being charged but in inside I was boiling. When she got done with my hair she didn’t cut the ends or lay my edges just hopped over to the previous client. I wouldn’t recommend NO ONE!! To go here 1st impression are every thing they won’t be seeing me again."

"Not professional. Late. Had me drive to another location. Upcharged $20 more. Then wanted to upcharge bc I blended 3 colors together and my hair is short. I planned to give a $20 tip. All I plan to leave now is a warning to take your business elsewhere. Then she proceeded to argue with me when I asked her to blend my hair. Asking if I wanted to do it myself. I'll never come here again. The helper lady was nice. Stay away from Katy the owner. Actually take your business elsewhere"

"This is my second time coming there I loved how they are so nice and patient. They are not rough with your hair they treat your hair with care . They did my hair so neat and I really do like my hair. It took them 4 hours to do my hair but it did not feel like 4 hours . They are amazing ♥️ . I will definitely come back."

"This is my second time having a poor experience with this company. The first time I arrived at my appointment and the owner left me in the shop ALONE and told me her sister was coming. I waited for 15-20 mins for someone to braid my hair and When I checked my hair, my braids in the middle were way bigger then the rest of my head. Second time, there were kids braiding my hair (which turned out neat) HOWEVER they were taking many breaks to eat, watch TikTok’s, or just to sit there doing nothing because they didn’t want to do hair I’m assuming. Soon as I paid for my service the lady told me she had to leave to get her and her daughters food which left me waiting another 15-20 mins AFTER I paid my money and my head was not even half way done. I was there for over 5 hours and I strongly believe I could’ve left way before then if I wasn’t being inconvenienced"
