"I have been coming to Jah who works at this salon now for the last 8 years. She has often been late for appts throughout the years but I continued to go to her since she does good hair. Most recently I booked a month in advance. The day before my appt she text me asking if I could come earlier at 9am instead of 11:30am because she had to be out of the salon at 11am, so I agreed. The day of my appt at 8:35am when I was on the way to my appt she text me saying she had a family emergency and cancel my appt. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Not to mention the next day I looked on social media and saw she celebrated her birthday, so it appears she was lying about the emergency. She just did not want to do my hair.I will not be going back to her."

"This is a very fancy salon. My stylist, Kels, works here so Ive been coming here for awhile! I also have received services from other stylist, i.e Tori is really good at hair washing lol. The owner, Rae, is professional and business oriented therefore I haven’t had any problems with “bad customer service”, period. Great location plus all the stylist are dope, you should get your hair done here!"

"This salon should not even have 1 star at ALL! I took an appointment with RAE CANTI and she literally BURN my hair. I had healthy and long hair; however I return home with HEAT DAMAGE for my birthday. Additionally, she told me that my hair were greasy so she cannot do the silk press, even if I've washed my hair before coming there and she washed my hair there too. DO NOT GO THERE, except if you want to pay for HEAT DAMAGE!"
