"What’s the point of checking in online if it doesn’t actually check you in? I checked in online, and was given an 8 minute wait time. I arrived in 4 minutes. I show up and two people jumped in front of me (despite being first in line) and now the wait was 30 minutes. I’ll never go back to this location after they wasted my time like that. 0/10"

"Called to confirm Salam was in for the day. With that confirmation I signed in on their App. She was ready when I arrived and gave me a very nice cut as usual. Will return for my next haircut for sure."

"I’ve had my hair cut twice at this location, as well as my toddler and husband. Our first time in was a good experience, stylist was so great with my toddler who is very skittish around new people. Stylist was gentle and patient and did a great job on her short hair with bangs. Our second visit was not as good. We had a different stylist this time, and she was not nearly as patient or careful with my toddler, but because I was watching and able to provide direction, her hair came out ok. My husbands hair was disappointing and mine came out the worst. I finally grew out my hair enough for an angled cut, longer in the front and shorter in the back. I requested layers all around. I even showed her a picture (I posted it- the blond angled cut) and asked if it would be too complicated for her to do. She said not at all. Trusting her confidence I let her do it and I absolutely regret it. There is no angle at all, the front is actually shorter than the back and I have the strangest layers I have ever seen. My hair is even flipping up and out. It’s not the worst hair cut I’ve had, but I am really disappointed with it. There are some stylists here who do a good job, but whoever did mine really botched it. There is nothing to be done but wait many months for it to grow and you better believe I’m finding a different salon."
