"This place really deserves zero stars. I made an appt on Monday for the following Saturday. I show up 15 mins early and wait. At my appt time I ask how long they think it will be, as I was there to have my hair styled for an event. After I have been sitting there for 30 mins, they tell me that the person I was booked with quit. They have no one to do my hair. Not only did they not call me that morning when this person apparently quit, but then to sit there for 30 mins to be told “sorry”. Livid is an understatement. This is the worst customer service you can receive. I was warned that this place was an old lady shop and to go somewhere else but I wanted to give them a chance. Boy was I wrong. Not only was their customer service in the toilet but the place itself was NASTY. Go to Great Clips, you will get better service."
