"This review is mainly for men shaving and haircut: they don’t honor their appointments. Any time some random guy who can speak Hindi, gujrathi, or Urdu can sneak in without appointment. This had happened to me couple of times. This happens to Indians only. For Americans the treatment is different. Also when u do a clean shave you are more likely to get small skin cuts with some bleeding. They will eventually fix it but not a seasoned barber. The reason why I gave 1 star is there is no option available below it."
"I stopped in yesterday to get my eyebrows threaded. Shamimsr (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) had such a warm and welcoming spirit that I decided to stay for a facial. My experience was amazing. She was kind, gentle, described the entire process and I left with glowing skin and I truly felt refreshed!! I was pleased with my experience and I’m looking forward to scheduling my August appointment! One con: I was asked to pay in cash and I when I didn’t have it, I was informed of a nearby ATM. This caught me off guard and was done in poor taste. If cash is the preferred method of payment, please indicate that prior to performing a service. I paid using a card but I left thinking, “I don’t like how this made me feel”!"
"The service has always been great. The prices are wonderful. Eyebrows are $7. Hair styling is about $25-50ish depending on all you're getting done. I've been going for years, but paused during the pandemic for 2+ years. When I went back today with my daughter, they remembered us!"
