"This why i don't support beauty businesses and do everything myself because they can make mistakes as a business and as a customer I just have to take apologies and move on but let me as the customer make a mistake and my appointments cancelled With no accommodation! I purchased a groupon for this establishment for a volume lash set. I called immediately to redeem my purchase and I didn't get through to anyone. I went to the website to book but was confused on what to select and the groupon says to call. After a week of not hearing from anyone I finally just made an appointment online then someone called me to tell me the day I scheduled was booked and I should’ve been able to book it! I was upset because it was labor day weekend! I had already made arrangements for my appointment for Friday but she apologized and rebooked me for Monday. Now my fault was where I mixed up the times I thought my appointment was at 945 which was my original appointment time for that Friday my mistake I called to see if they could accommodate me since I was done the street but she said no she was on the way to a facial which is crazy to me because my time was 9-1 so if you were doing my lashes how could she do a facial too then she says because i dint show she squeezed it in. I asked to be squeezed in too but no accommodation. I felt thats the least they could do being that they are the ones that messed up my appointment originally but its clear customer service don’t exist here."

"I’ve been going to C&K Beauty Bar for almost 5 months now. Charlie does such a good job with the wax. She’s gentle and tries her best to make sure it isn’t as painful. She also plays music so it’s a nice atmosphere inside. They of course follow the Covid-19 procedures with masks, gloves, disinfecting instruments and the little chair thing before and after each appointment. You won’t regret going to C&K Beauty Bar. I even make the an hour and a half trip every month for my wax and it’s worth it every trip."
