"I have been banking with navy federal since 2018. And the fact that they trying to make me pay back something that I reported that was fraudulent is a problem. It’s an automated system and ain’t none of their representative heard me say I disputed items off my account. They need to fix it or just close my account. I have never experienced this ever. Yall have all technology yall need to find them funds!!!!"

"Very poor customer service and poor knowledge of banking procedures at check in today. I was told that I needed an appointment (bank needed 24 hr notice) to open an IRA account with a check from my 401k. None of the specialists in the back appeared to have customers in front of them. Only appointments offered to me for one week out fell on 2 days that I would be working. Branch fail! Called customer service and was advised to go online, open an IRA savings account. It took like 5 minutes. I was then able to walk back into the same branch and deposit my check into that account with a regular teller. The teller was nice and did a great job."

"I personally love Navy Federal, most of my Banking is done on-line and I can apply for loans & everything without having to step foot in a location. Their interest rate are one of the best out there. Have a problem with a charge you did not authorize? they will work diligently to fix it ! You can't beat their customer service ! Tammy D. Porter"

"Parking is ok, the staff is very courteous, but word to the wise-the line to the front desks can really back up, particularly if you are stuck behind someone with any type of issues. Large waiting area with plenty of chairs. Atm outside with a drive through atm. When you walk in you will be greeted by a representative behind a podium, be sure you have your access number available and they will direct you toward the appropriate line/waiting area. Would strongly advise doing as much as you can online before coming as the line does get backed up."
