"My sister did the nails and they were terrible. She went back to fix her nails or refund her but they refused. The manager was so rude and aggressive. If you don’t want to spoil your day and your nails DO NOT ever visit the place. Strongly not recommended."

"To be honest , I don’t like criticise people but my daughter was at the Regal Salon in Walmart , Peachtree city last week and she was very upset with the service and the way the manager talked to her. The manager is an Asian lady who has a smile on her face when you enter her store but under that smile is hidden a monster. She does not know the simple ways of talking to the customers. Usually men do not pay attention to the nails if they are even or not but It was obvious that my daughter nails were so not even and they were all crooked but the manager who did those nails for her insisted that they look good and she has 26 years of experience working with nails. I don’t have any personal issues with that lady but I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone who respects themselves to visit that salon ever."

"THE WORST PLACE I’VE EVER BEEN TO! The techs there are so rude! They were literally yelling at me, especially the Chinese people! My nails are not even they all look different. People were even asking me if I did them by myself or if I’m just learning how to do nails. She did my nails in like 30 minutes and I told her I don’t like them. The woman said she doesn’t care and told me to never go there again. She was yelling that she’s not going to remake them or make me a refund or at least take them off because they look terrible! Never go there it’s the worst nail salon I’ve even been to in my entire life!"

"This is the worst place I have ever visit. My daughter did the nails and she was so upset. The nails were not even and were all crooked. The next day when we came to ask then to fix the nails the manager refused to do that and she didn’t want to do the refund. The manager looked like Chinesse and she was very rude to me and my daughter when we came back to ask to fix the problem. I will share the photo of the nails if the program allows me .the cuticular was not removed at all. It was the worst place we have ever visit. I strongly do not recommend."

"Worst manicure ever. Cuts cuticles into the quick, passive aggressive behavior, nails chip off within 24 hours. She literally tore off my tips from my previous manicure damaging my nails. They push gel nails or SNS so they can get more commission on higher priced services. Regular polish should last more than 24 hours."
