"I had a great experience at Carlos Salon during my hair cut today! I was greeted by the owner with a warm smile and didn’t have to wait more than a few minutes. Margaret was my hairdresser and she was wonderful! She listened well to understand the look I wanted, took her time, offered suggestions, and gave the best hair washing “massage” I’ve ever had! Best of all, she was super sweet and I left feeling pampered and looking fresh. I will definitely be back!"

"I used to go to this salon every 4-6 weeks for my highlight touch up, and everyone there felt like family to me! Always so kind and welcoming. I stopped going because the two girls that did my hair went to other salons to work. I had a last minute event and made an appt at Carlos Salon once again. The girl that did my hair (not sure of her name) was SUPER sweet, personable and reasonably priced. My issue here was - the OWNER… Julissa… stopped at my chair while I had my foils on and said “What are you doing here?” Completely serious. I think I was too shocked to say anything but what I should’ve said is … “Im here giving YOUR salon my money.” This happened maybe 3 months ago, but it’s something that crosses my mind daily. I see why 90% of the girls that used to work here, left. Which is so sad, because it used to be such a great salon."

"First and last time I go here. I asked for a balayage and show the girl the inspiration. She said she could do it with foils to get the results I want. It was horrible. I don’t even know how to call this mess. My hair is patched, I have huge chunks of highlights on the front and nothing on the back. When I mentioned it looked weird she said it was because of my haircut?! So upsetting! I paid $200 for nothing. Now I have to go spend more money trying to fix it."

"Got my hair cut and colored. Ashley did an amazing job on my hair. She put in layers like I wanted and the red came out beautifully on my hair. They worked me into their schedule even though it was really last minute. I am planning on coming back to get it trimmed and colored before I head up to college."
