"Made an appointment days in advance. They tried to reschedule my appointment 15 minutes before the start time. I showed up, considering the fact that I was enroute. There was only one customer being serviced when I arrived. I waited approximately 30 minutes and then I was asked again if I wanted to reschedule. I took that as a sign to cancel. To add insult to injury, this establishment requires you pay 50% of your estimated cost of service upon booking. However, they had no problem canceling my appointment while I was on site. It seems to me that if an establishment has such strict and rigid policies for booking, that they would hold themselves to a higher standard with follow-through. Now I am left waiting for my refund."
