"This will be my third time coming here to get my hair done, each time I get knotless. The first time my hair was done ok. The 2nd time my hair was perfect meaning they did the brick layer method when parting, my hair was FULL, and braids were very neat. This 3rd time I was not pleased. The braids were not as full. I can tell they did not use the brick layer method when parting on one side of my head. And the person who braided the back of my head made the parts way too big and her braids were not neat smh."

"I usually like to go here. But Sunday I was totally disappointed. I didn't get the style I asked for at all! After all the back and forth of them talking amongst each other and after being shown the picture several times. It was a different style. I didn't notice well into the style. The style is cute but not $200 worth or what I wanted. I think they need to make sure they understand English clearly or have someone that does. This also happened to my daughter a few months back and while she caught it early they wouldn't fix it then and had her come back 2 days in a row promising to fix it, ultimately just giving some of her money back. Also the way they talk so loudly in your ear while doing your hair to each-other, across the room etc is very annoying and unprofessional. I'm pretty sure this is my last time there as it was my daughters who was a regular customer. Otherwise it's some great braided in there. That know what they are doing"
