"Great experience. I am appreciative that I was able to book a whole first time curl session last minute. Cheryl and Taylor worked with me calling in a few times to change my appointment time because I didn’t anticipate them even having a spot for me on such short notice, especially for an appointment that takes 2.5- 3 hours, but they both worked with me on time. When I came in, I had Megan as my stylist, and she did an amazing job explaining all of the products she was using and asking me many questions to figure out and let me know how I can better take care of my hair. I left very happy and Megan really brought my curls back to life!"

"I could not be more disappointed with this salon. As an honest and transparent review I will say that my first visit for a curly cut went really well. I was pleased with the stylist and salon. This was in August. Subsequently, came back in to support the salon and purchase products. Today I was booked for a color appointment. When I spoke with the stylist and inspiration I informed her that I would need my ends trimmed. She starts doing math in her white laminated paper then gives me a price. I had to ask her how much the trim was. She says “180.00” since I’m charging you for a full cut. All questions were answered with it the policy. I have never heard of something so absurd. When I asked to speak with the manager she wasn’t there or able to be reached. At this point I lost trust in the business and therefore declined any services. I will not be having anyone performing hair care if they are truly not keeping customer best interests at the forefront. The stylist then tells me to check out at the front. When checking out her again tells me policy. Never once did anyone mention customer service to resolve this matter. He made a comment that a trim is bangs and neckline which is what I asked for. Stepped away to confirm with the stylist who reiterated that she would be charging me for a cut. Then threatened me that we will charge you 50% of the service price. I told him emphatically this was not authorized. Any unauthorized attempts would be declined by my financial institution. I have not received both a text and email from this company about planned charges. Be forewarned this company placed their business policies above customer service. They will have a reply with their policy. This isn’t the point which is why I wanted to share my experience:)"

"I am so happy with how my wedding curly cut and color turned out! Love everyone in the salon and Tanz really did her thing with the color. I was nervous to get color because I want my curls to stay as healthy as possible but I promise you can trust them with your curls!"
