"The "Estimated Wait Time" is completely arbitrary. When I checked in online my wait time was 24 minutes which was fine because I was only 12 minutes away. When I arrived it suddenly jumped up to 86 minutes. I like the ladies that work there but the wait time is consistently horrible. The owner needs to do something about that. I saw 3 people walk in, saw the wait time, and walked out."

"The Indonesian lady who works there is very rude and does not have the basic sense on how to behave with the customers. Very insulting especially when it comes to tipping. Will never visit this place again in my life. Stay away folks!"

"This was my first time ever using great clips, I just needed a hair trim. The online sign in is worth using, it decreases your wait time once you arrive at the location. It was quick easy and the customer service was great."

"I went here to get a haircut. All they did was a basic straight cut. Nothing fancy, but I could tell they've never cut my hair type before. I thought everything was okay at first, but then I realized how THICK the ends of my hair was. If you were to put my hair up into a ponytail, you would be able to tell how blocky and botched it looked. I had to do a point cut to my ends to keep them from looking like a little kid cut my hair. Most places I've been to have always washed my hair before they cut my hair, but I knew something was off about the place when I realized they didn't even attempt to wash my hair. Maybe it's because this place is a generic place for cutting hair, but I expected more from this place."

"I had a fantastic experience with MELESHA at the salon. She was incredibly sweet and took the time to understand what type of cut I was looking for. She provided expert advice based on my hair's condition and type, which I really appreciated. Her service was outstanding. Unfortunately, my experience with AISHA wasn't as positive. She seemed unwelcoming and impatient, and I found her grumpiness off-putting. She spent a lot of time complaining about the system and this and that, which didn't make for a very relaxing experience. Ultimately, I had to change my mind about getting a haircut from her due to her behavior. It's a shame because I had high hopes for my visit, but Melesha definitely saved the day."
