"I don't recommend this salon! The owner ruined my natural hair! I went on my 25th birthday and in return I get sever heat damage and will now have to cut my hair. It's been a little over a month since I went there, and kept my hair straightened for about 2 1/2weeks. After washing it half of my hair was bone straight as well as patches in the back and front. My sister and I took a trip back to Jersey where we met up with our cousin, who is a cosmetologist, and she told me that I'd have to cut my hair and start completely over. I protested, so she recommended just cutting the sides and back since they had the most damage. I've had many bad presents in my life, but this was indeed the worst."
