"Tried to buy a hairbrush thinking it was $10 but turned out to be $27 so I decided I didn’t want it anymore at the checkout, skinny young cashier with dyed dark curly brown hair gave me mad attitude about it, turned around and threw it on the floor and didn’t say anything else to me or look at me. Other than that staff was friendly and it was a nice store."

"My sister and I went the other day and were accused of stealing by the manager there Nkechi. She followed us around the store and then asked to look into my sister’s bag. I understand being cautious, but once she looked and realized we hadn’t taken anything, she did not apologize and acted like she did nothing wrong. She invaded our privacy for no reason. We were so thrown off by her that we just bought whatever we had grabbed so far and left."

"Wow, I just had a visit today and and it was amazing. I am a transgender woman and makeup is very new to me. The worker that helped me was named Josie, she went above and beyond with helping me. She was super understanding, knowledgeable, and comforting. She made the process of finding makeup super straight forward and easy to understand. Thank you Josie, you're a life saver. "

"Today I was profiled at the Kennesaw location. I went into the store to purchase lip gloss. I found the lip gloss that I liked and decided to browse for some additional items. I didn't get a handbasket because my intention was to get one item and leave. I noticed that one of the employees was “ pretending” to shelve items as I continued to shop. As I moved throughout the store, I noticed that I was being “uncomfortably” watched. I tried my best to dismiss this employee's action because I understand we live in a different world. This was ridiculous! Thus I continued to shop with 3 items in my hand. Finally, an employee walked over to me and asked if me if I needed some help. I explained I was looking for an Oplex product but I was not sure if I had some at home. An employee continued to have a “fake” conversation about different hair products, which lead this employee to ask me if I need a handbasket because I was carrying lip gloss, shaving cream in a tube, and a back brush. It was clear I was being profiled so I decided to take take the handbasket so that I would not be stalked while I was shopping, and I wanted to have a good shopping experience. My recommendation is that two of the employees need authentic customer service training on providing customers with a positive shopping environment for all customers even those who do not have a handbasket and not profile them. I purchased my 3 items and will not return to this location. I was very disappointed in their actions. I will be sharing my experience with your corporate office."
