"My hair was almost to my butt. I wanted to get rid of my split end. So off to Great Clips I go. I told the lady I wanted my hair to be below shoulder length. She put her comb to my back touching the middle of my shoulder blades. I said yes that is where I wanted it to come to...... WHEN IT IS DONE, NOT TO START THERE AND END UP TOUCHING THE TOPS OF MY SHOULDERS. I always put my hair in a pony tail and I specified I still wanted a pony tail. I can pull it back, but it is not a pony tail. It is a nub. Never again!!!!!???"

"I asked for 1/4 inch cut off my hair, she cut at least 1 inch off. They need a ruler or measuring tape to know the difference! Then she sang in my ear the whole time she cut my hair!! Please do not sing while you are cutting hair. Will no be back, also they are short staffed!"

"Went once before & the blonde lady was super nice and did a great job. Went back last week for simple back to school cut and should’ve waited for said lady, but didn’t and got the other, darker hair lady. Just needed simple trim which did take all of 10 minutes to see how uneven it all is. She also nicked my sons ear causing a little blood but nothing crazy. Just think it’s a little unprofessional. I could’ve cut his hair & made it look like this for free."

"Unfriendly stylist, and worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life. Completely lopsided, left me with huge bald spots. I know great clips has a satisfaction policy, but I sure as heck didn’t trust the stylist who created this disaster to fix her mistakes. Will not be returning to this location."
