"My ex-partner and I used Atlanta Business Bank to obtain a SBA loan 7 years ago when we opened our business. Atlanta Business Bank was fantastic to work with. But since Affinity bank took over there has been nothing but problems. Now this bank will not release the loan or allow it to be refinanced. And they are holding the proceeds from the sale of my personal residence hostage even though another residence has been put up as collateral and there has not been a single missed or late payment on this loan in 7 1/2 years. They could care less that this has put a huge financial strain on my family. They refuse to accept that I am no longer a part of this business.
