"Went in today to get a manicure done with a specific design for Night to Shine tomorrow night. The tattooed male at the reception desk started arguing with me that the design I chose needed acrylic and tips. I SPECICALLY said I wanted no artificial nails . He literally followed me outside trying to convince me otherwise. I left and went across the street to the nail salon by Goodwill and got EXACTLY what I wanted. I used to go to Palazzo when they first opened & was happy with them. But after today's experience, I will NEVER step foot in that salon again."

"Their work is inconsistent. Look at the difference in these 2 nails. Not to mention, they tell you pink & white is more durable but I broke 3 nails in 1 week by doing absolutely nothing!! Literally. Paid $10 each time to have them fixed so really $103 for a terrible job. Don’t let the woman in station 12 with the bangs do them. I argued her down saying my thumb nail was crooked but she insisted it wasn’t. Look at this!!!! Save your time & money!!"

"I have been coming to Palazzo for a couple of years since I moved to the area. They truly are the best of the best! I have never been disappointed coming here. Recently I’ve started making appointments with Emily but before that I always walked in and all of the nail artists are fantastic! There is never much of a wait (if any) and Tony is so welcoming. Not to mention they are extremely affordable for the quality of work they do. I would give 10 stars if I could."

"Got my nails done last Saturday I spent a total of $200. My two little girls got there toes and hands done with gel polish and my oldest daughter hands have zero polish! And my youngest has zero on some nails and the rest are chipping! I got gel toes and solar nails mine alone was $110. Long story short all of my nails on my hands are bucking up at the Cutical, I have a total of three missing an one nail is beginning to come off. Very disappointed that all of us by Wednesday they were messing up! My toes still look pretty, but I’m still not happy! Beyond disappointed that our nails didn’t last long as long as they usually do. I will not be going back!"
