"We come here often and always have a wonderful experience. We decided to bring my daughter for her 15th birthday dinner, we almost wished he had chosen a different restaurant. Tonight it took a little over an hour for our food to get to us. The food was not prepared as asked. The waitress was very sweet but seemed overwhelmed and unable to fully perform her job duties. The food was delicious as usual, but something was definitely off this evening. Hopefully next time is better and I'll be able to rate it better."

"Christmas Day dinner was saved by Ruby Tuesday in Americus, GA. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised to find you open Christmas night. Your staff was so friendly and full of holiday cheer. The food was excellent and served quickly. What began as an uncertain night not knowing what we might find open, ended with us feeling welcomed like old friends."

"The meal we got was very tasty. I got the salad and soup combo which was great. My wife got the meaty baked penne. They had great options for children as well and were very tolerant of some of the shenanigans kids can be up to. While there were times the service was a little slow, it's understandable with a busy meal time. If there's anywhere that the experience can be improved, it would be the servers checking back before the soup is empty or the cups run dry. Otherwise, no complaints. If you're looking for a nice night out with your family, this is a good place to go."

"The New Orleans Seafood! Very good. It was grilled tilapia with shrimp in a cream sauce with rice and zucchini. The Strawberry Lemonade is the bomb! Our waitress was a doll. Breezy is such a great server!"

"We went to eat dinner at Ruby Tuesday in Americus, GA, this evening. The food was great as usual, but the service wasn't so good. Our waiter name was 'E', he said. He was friendly and got our order right. A few things he needs to work on. We ran out of drinks a few times, and we had to ask him to check on appetizers. we had to wave him down for refills, appetizers and for our bill. We were only one's in his area at the time. He was to busy talking the workers in the back and lady behind the bar."
