"New to Cr8 salon, I made an appointment for my daughter to have her hair done. Once we arrived we were warmly greeted by Hailey and she asked if we needed anything to drink while we waited. Aubrey was my daughter’s hair stylist she and I spoke about what services we wanted for her hair . A partial highlight and cut and we agreed upon a price within my budget . Once my daughters hair was almost complete a women with dark hair (name unknown)appointed herself to settle our bill on behalf of Aubrey . At the register she proceeded to tell me how hard the stylist worked and what a great job she did. Then overcharged me. $95 dollar more that the price we were given by the stylist. When I told her she glared angrily in silence at me, began to list that my daughter had a color correction and services I didn’t ask for. I was embarrassed that she did not apologize for the over charge and I felt bad for the stylist so feeling pressed I agreed to pay. Although through no fault of my own. I stated I would not be able to pay a gratuity on top of the price. She took my credit card turned her back in anger . I asked why are you clearly giving me an attitude she didn’t say a thing and handed me back my card ,stating she would take care of her stylist. I was appalled and with my daughter still in Aubrey’s chair I went to Aubrey who stated to this person she told me $200 . While I was explaining to my daughter and Aubrey what had transpired the woman circled back and told us we were done talking about it ! The experience was sad my daughter when from all smiles to tears . Just a few things : 1 . The customer tells you what a great job you did not the other way around. 2. You don’t agree on a price beforehand and then reach the register and charge what you want. 3. It is very unprofessional to be angry and rude , especially if you are wrong. 4. You are in the business of customer service act like you are worthy to be there. 5. Thank you for ruining and other wise great experience only due to the lovely receptionist and stylist for sure . 6. Treat others how you want to be treated going forward. 7. Aubrey is a sweet young professional with a bright future who is still learning as an apprentice hopefully one bad apple doesn’t continue to spoil the whole bunch."

"Donna is the best stylist!!!! The last time I did any kind of color to my hair it was a nightmare! So I was really nervous about doing it again. So Donna did my highlights on Friday and I didn't know what I wanted expect for them to look natural and sunkissed. She nailed it perfectly! They are so beautiful and I am over the moon happy about them! Thank you!"

"This is my absolute favorite salon! Donna has cut my hair for years now, so when she opened her own place I, of course, followed her. She has made a beautiful salon with excellent staff, and I highly recommend this place for cuts and color. They are great with kids, too!"
