"I have given this place a good rating in the past, because I had great service with Graham. Tonight was another story. I ran a $200 tab, for just myself.. and the bartender, knowing that I worked in the service industry, put gratuity on my tab. Not only does that tell me they don’t give af about their customers, it’s also is not standard practice. Gratuity is for parties of 6+. Not a single person. To be perfectly honest, she would have gotten a way bigger tip had she not done that. I still tipped on top, because it’s not like me to leave $0.. but I will be contacting the establishment tomorrow.. I expect a refund for the gratuity and will update with their response."

"Unethical business practices and a complete rip off. All customers are charges an 18% service fee. I paid this after spending 3 hours on my feet and ordering from the bar. Do not go to this whole in the wall. I spoke to the owner and he simply said everyone pays 18% and that is the system. Which means everyone is ripped off. Scam of a place"
