"When I went through the drive-through, they accidentally forgot a sandwich I ordered. The next thing you know, a guy is running down my car down with his headset still on, making sure I don't leave without it. If that isn't customer service, I'm not sure what is."

"This Wendy’s location is awesome! It was a cool modern interior that is always kept clean. They’ve had the automatic drink machine with a multitude of flavor for a while but pushing the touchscreen to select my favorite beverages never gets old. They have gotten the toppings on my sandwich wrong a few times; however, the staff fixes the error each and every time. One of the employees held the door for me as he returned off of his break.
